Works for me Apr 15, 2008
By Jeff C I was torn whether I should buy "Nouveau" frame or "Classic" frame, both sold by cruiser accessories. I bought both. Pictures justify what the frames will look like in person. "Nouveau" frame is flatter. "Classic" frame comes out more. They both look good, they both use same material. "Nouveau" feels cheaper because it's so much thinner than "classic", but it's all about which looks better on your car.
"Nouveau" gives slick look, and "classic" gives more rugged look IMO.
Worthless Sep 05, 2011
By sfboomer While the frame itself looks nice (glossy black metallic), the bolt covers don't work at all. They don't snap on securely, and the clear plastic washer that the bolt covers are meant to snap onto break easily.
What's the point of having a nice looking black license plate frame if your nasty zinc bolts are showing?
Save your money.
Nice frame Jun 14, 2011
By M. Lisowyj I was looking for a simple frame that wouldn't hide my license plate, and I decided to give this one a try. The finish looks great on my black car. I ended up epoxying the bottom screw covers to the frame to make sure they stayed on, because I was only using the top screws on the front and back of my car. I didn't put the screw caps on the top screws, but they did give me the feeling that they wouldn't stay on forever (it looks like the company sells replacements though). I ended up getting the chrome version for my wifes car, and they look great as well. If you are looking for a nice, simple, frame, that won't take up too much of your plates, this is a good one to go with.

Nice, but overpriced... Apr 04, 2009
By Chris The frame looks nice now... not sure how it will hold up after a couple of winters. The frame is overpriced for what it is.
