I'd love these for a buck fifty, but for three ehhh. Maybe the annoyance will make some dude steal the plates of the next car? I teamed these with the 20030 frame and they look fine.
I think people complained about the black ones falling off and after installing them I think I see the problem. When you press them on they need to CLICK loudly. If they just press on a bit, it kinda stays but they're going to fall off. If you can't get them to click you need to reseat the screw gasket towards the middle of the license plate (loosen the screw, push the gasket towards the middle as you tighten). With the 20030 frame if the gasket is flush against the raised edge of the frame you can't get the cover to CLICK in place. Eventually all 4 clicked.

While they will serve the purpose, they are as plastic as can be and plastic ain't chrome in America! Here's the link to them so you can see for yourself that it says, "Cruiser Accessories 82030 Screw Covers, Chrome". http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00032KC30 I already had some of these on there but I thought these were chrome and that is the only reason I ordered them. It's too much trouble to return them so I'll give them away or use them on another vehicle. But I'd appreciate if the distributors at Amazon would actually tell the truth. There is nothing wrong with them so I hate to rate them low but I'm doing that as it was very misleading.

Make sure the plastic washers are put on so the counter sink part is facing outward. Don't over tighten screws, to avoid smashing plastic. Make sure you hear a "SNAP" when placing the chrome cover over the plastic washer. Basically, make sure you read the instructions and the product will work fine!

They go perfectly with the all chrome license plate holder. If you buy one then these are definitely a must have. Make sure you snap them on and they should stay in place. I bought some for the front license plate as well and they look great with that as well. I would also recommend the stainless steel screws so that you don't get those nasty rust stains that eat and discolor your license plate, even though these may protect the screws pretty well themselves since they enclose them tightly.
